- I really don't know from where to start; it was my first time to stay in this hotel and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, and the best part was the big Suprise when they upgraded our room from a garden view room to a sea view suite because of my husband's birthday, and the arrangement they did in the room was more than what I asked for, they also gave us late checkout. Many many thanks to this lovely surprise and to all staff and Management of this hotel. - The hotel has variety selection of restaurants and bars, also the pool area was amazing, "Namos" is a "must go" if you are staying in this hotel, actually we spend most of our time in the hotel cause of all the facilities and restaurants they have. - Location of the hotel is really good, very near Burj Khalifa, downtown, and other important areas in Dubai. - will definitely go back to "Four seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach" every time I visit Dubai :)

A special mention goes to Shadi, who went above and beyond to assist my partner in planning the perfect proposal. Thanks to his thoughtful care and attention to detail, our engagement was nothing less than magical—an experience we will cherish forever. Every member of the team, from the pool to the beach staff, delivered exceptional service with such grace and attentiveness. They consistently went out of their way to ensure our time there was flawless. Thank you to the incredible team for making our stay so memorable. Four Seasons is just wowwwwwww....I love that old school style,the hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful surprise for our anniversary, it was for a clean ten. The hotel is currently undergoing work on some facilities, but we didn't even notice how well organized it was.The staff was super friendly and at your service at all times, big greetings to the guys at the adult pool.I would go back to the Four Seasons tomorrow as it was wonderful, absolutely flawless.Don't read the bad reviews, after this we were in 2 even more luxurious hotels in Dubai and we didn't get anywhere near the quality of service like here❤️

Exceptional all round. It felt tucked away in a beautiful private island yet bustling with so many incredible places to go on the doorstep. The attention to detail was spectacular, with complimentary HAPPY BIRTHDAY petals on the bed, a cake & lovely note from the staff. The service was impeccable - nothing was ever a problem and always dealt with immediately. The Four Seasons is the best hotel we've ever stayed in & we will absolutely be booking to stay next year!
